You will enjoy idyllic countryside, wildlife like fallow deer and seclusion from road noise. The cottage is grade II * listed and has wonderful views across the fields with a beautiful moated island to have barbecues on.

The property features open stud work, exposed timbers and a cosy woodburner. (We even provide free firewood!) The four double bedrooms are accompanied by two bathrooms, a lounge (two three seater sofas) and a dining room which seats 8 to 10 comfortably.

Ideal for a relaxing get-away or a rural retreat with friends or family. Dogs are positively encouraged!

All beds are pocket sprung and incredibly comfortable with the highest quality bed linen so guaranteed to give you a wonderful peaceful sleep. Alternative pillows and duvets are available for allergy sufferers.

Essentials like coffee, tea, and milk are there to get you started.

Other facilities include Pod Coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is easy outside space for dining close to the cottage and a moated island with sun loungers.

You are free to explore the 75 acres which includes two copses and five ponds which are often frequented by wild fallow deer.

If you want to explore further, simply choose your ideal spot for your portable BBQ and we will provide you with a fire pit and firewood. Revetts, the famous butcher in Wickham will provide you with everything else!
